Guild Rank Structure

Below are the ranks and the level in which they are earned. Any questions regarding rank structure should be directed towards Rauder Wick at this time.

Rank 0 -- Rigsjarl -- Guildmaster
A king of kings. When all the jarls must band together to fight a common foe, this is who leads.
Rank 1 -- Jarl
Jarls are the kings of the lands of Midgard.
Rank 2 -- Valkyrjas
A holy warrior who fights for Midgard as a champion of their god.
Rank 3 -- Karl
A Karl is a veteran warrior well-versed in the science of warfare.
Rank 4 -- Laesthegne
A Thegne whose valorous actions have given him special favor with his Jarl.
Rank 5 -- Thegne
A Thegne is a lord of Midgard. These nobles are often land-owners who command their own armies to defend their lands.
Rank 6 -- Bondi
A freeman, houseowner, who fights to defend not just Midgard but his own land.
Rank 7 -- Huscarl
The highly-trained "household" troops of a Lord.
Rank 8 -- Tunman
A hired foot soldier with some experience.
Rank 9 -- Thrall -- Entry level
A peasant, an unskilled fighter.
